Voices: Remembering World War I

These oral histories, conducted in the 1980s, present Montanans' recollections of the Great War. They present unique perspectives of the past—shaped by the interviewee’s ideology, background, and connection to the war—and give voice to regular Montanans’ experiences during this tumultuous time.
