I am borrowing from the Montana Historical Society Oral History Program the items selected above. Items have been tested by MHS Oral Historian and I have received these items in operating condition. I agree to return loaned equipment, and all accessories/peripherals, to the lender in the same condition on or before the due date listed above. If any damage or theft occurs while in my possession, I understand that I am responsible for full replacement costs of equipment and accessories/peripherals borrowed.
