The Montana Historical Society Research Center awards two competitive fellowships annually to researchers studying Montana history.
- James H. Bradley Fellowship The James H. Bradley Fellowship supports academic research that makes a significant contribution to the study of Montana history. Fellows are required to spend four weeks at the Research Center conducting research.
