Current newspaper headlines and TV news shows declare:
GOVERNMENT FEARS LACK OF CITIZEN UNITY and POLARIZED LEGISLATORS AND THEIR
CONSTITUENTS BOG DOWN CONGRESS.
The President privately expresses fears that if and when this country must face a grave threat, the people’s lack of cohesiveness could lead to catastrophe. In order to gather information and formulate direction, the President has commissioned a team of four individuals to study the highly successful U.S. propaganda campaign of World War II - a movement that galvanized the nation and helped steer it through a precarious time. The President wants recommendations on the potential for successfully utilizing a similar campaign now …should circumstances in the country warrant it.
